Position Details:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will be key in providing exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, and assisting with various administrative duties in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Answer inquiries related to property listings, leasing information, and general real estate services.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings, meetings with agents, and follow-up calls.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s database.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing documentation and managing communications.
- Collaborate with sales and property management teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Support clients through the application and leasing process.
- Provide general information about the real estate market and company services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage various client requests effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
- A positive, professional, and friendly attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $19.92-$21.30 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
