  • Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
  • Salary: $25.80 + Overtime + Penalty rates Sat, Sun & PHOLs + sales incentive
  • Hours: Full Time, Part Time and casual work available 

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Sales team based in Sydney. This role is for people who want to help showcase our beautiful harbour city and involves a high level of customer service: greeting tourists/passengers, answering enquiries- in person, on street sales of tickets to the Big Bus sightseeing tours and other Sydney attractions. Must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to work unsupervised. 

What We’re Looking For

At Big Bus Tours, how we do things is as important as what we do, that’s why our ideal candidate will be passionate about our city and surrounds with extensive knowledge of the city or a willingness to learn.

Character is important to us but there are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:

  • Experience – Customer service experience – 6 months minimum
  • Qualification/Licence – Australian Citizen, permanent residency or working visa
  • Language – Good written and spoken English required, the ability to speak another language an advantage
