What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Efficiently handle in-bound calls from guarantors regarding their physician billing statements in a professional manner
• Meet or exceed established performance targets for productivity and quality set by the Collections Manager
• Review account history to address questions and ensure accurate updates
• Document calls in the Practice Management System to maintain continuity in communication
• Collaborate with internal staff to identify and resolve customer issues effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, health insurance, or a similar operations environment
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints professionally
• Ability to follow company policies and call scripts consistently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Technical School or 2 Years of College/Associates Degree
• Experience in a healthcare-related billing environment
• Familiarity with Practice Management Systems
