- Lead and mentor a team of 7 Customer Operations Specialists to ensure success and growth
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer operations issues, including customer inquiries, international offices, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of billing strategies to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of billing information to customers
- Ensure prompt, professional responses to all customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
- Previous experience with Cargo Wise or similar ERP system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel
