What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, including formal corrective action
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to coordinate work activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex computer systems
• Ability to work full-time, Sunday – Saturday during business hours, with flexibility for occasional overtime

• 2+ years of customer service experience
