Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure team members consistently meet performance goals and KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve their performance targets.
  • Analyze daily and monthly performance reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Conduct quality assurance monitoring to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries professionally and ensure effective resolution.
  • Conduct interviews for prospective team members and participate in the hiring process.
  • Manage annual performance reviews and facilitate team meetings to enhance team cohesion.
  • Maintain open communication with senior management regarding any operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance overall team morale.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of relevant management experience, particularly in customer service or call center settings.
  • Proven track record of supervising customer service teams or call centers successfully.
