Customer Success Coordinator (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, while ensuring a positive customer experience. If you excel at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals effectively, we want you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Initiatives: Engage with potential customers primarily through phone calls and other communication methods to identify their needs, offer tailored solutions, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the sales process.
• Conduct Follow-ups: Perform regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and ensure that customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry, including telesales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
