Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing renewals, providing exceptional account servicing, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Management: Manage and ensure timely, accurate contract renewals.
Account Management: Track customer accounts, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Service: Handle order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting effective decision-making.
Collaboration: Work with sales to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
Order Tracking & Report: Ensure timely delivery of products/services. Generate sales reports and dashboards for management.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a sales administration role
Fresh graduates with strong passion in IT industry is highly welcome
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Google Workspace is an advantage
