Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager with a strong background in SaaS, hospitality, or proptech industries. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API integration, upselling, and cross-selling. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success while identifying opportunities to expand the value of the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- API Integration: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform’s offerings.
- Support Visits: Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong track record of upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment.
- Experience in the hospitality software, property technology, or similar industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with property management software or IoT-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding client needs.
