    We have a thriving business with multiple well-recognized brands, including the one you’ll help manage, Christian Filipina. We need a dedicated Customer Success Manager to lead and oversee 20 people in our paid client success teams. Your role will ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing and executing strategies that improve the overall customer experience.

    • You love motivating a diverse team of individuals to produce their best work.
    • You know how to maximize the potential of satisfied clients to generate referrals and improve retention.
    • You have a talent for developing customer success strategies that align with overall business goals.
    • You have designed membership packages by working with sales teams, then you have led the teams that delivered the experience you promised.
    • You can think about user interface in a website membership area and/or app, from the point of view of users, so that you can envision and guide improvements.
    • You excel at pulling reports, analyzing data, and are comfortable with any CRM you encounter.
    • You analyze customer success flows and data from beginning to end: onboarding processes, customer feedback, support interactions, and upsell opportunities. Once you spot a weak link, you come up with ways to fix it.
    • You can work with programmers to make custom improvements to customer success tools or fix product bugs.
    • You can present your suggested improvements in written form in Google Docs, working with others to refine your proposals and get them approved by management.
    • You have experience dealing with international teams who may want to learn more but may lack your level of talent and need your direction.
    • You can take part in quarterly OKR planning and then lead dozens of customer success personnel to successfully achieve the objectives.
    • You are comfortable with looking for ways to upsell other company services to existing clients – and you’ve successfully helped past clients do this.
    • You are flexible enough to embrace working in a corporate environment requiring daily goal planning (by you and your team leads). You are willing to document your ideas and get them approved by management before taking action.

    Requirements:

    Communicate clearly and efficiently with the Business Unit Head and other leaders.

    Follow guidelines set by the Business Unit Head.

    Propose modifications before taking action (follow the hierarchy when asking for approval for creating or modifying procedures and policies).

    Demonstrate flexible and clear communication skills.

    Have a quiet working environment with fast, reliable internet; use a modern, fast, stable Windows computer with a high-quality webcam and high-quality USB headset.

    Work during various time zones to coordinate with others as needed.

    Utilize company time-management and time-tracking software to track your own work time.

    Adhere to all procedures and policies of TLI.
