We’re growing customers and revenuedramatically, and we’re poised for continued break-out growth in [Year]and beyond.About The RoleWe are looking for a Manager, Customer Success to grow and guide a teamof Customer Success Managers who work with other tech startups. In thisrole, you will bring your leadership experience to help scale processes andthe team while working to achieve business objectives. You will motivateyour team, coach them, and assess performance, in addition to beinginvolved in the hiring process and training.The ideal Manager, Customer Success must possess strong communicationskills, be social and methodical, with an aptitude for learning newsoftware. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, alongwith leadership experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Customer Success Managers by providing guidance,mentorship, and consistent feedback. Drive consistent improvement throughsetting targets and coaching based on individual needs.Proactively identify areas of opportunity by proposing alternatesolutions based on analytical insights. Maintain a pulse on customer andteam needs for ongoing learning and knowledge enhancement.Provide feedback to the leadership team on current processes andpropose solutions for improvement.Analyze customer data to identify new ideas and processes to enhanceproduct adoption and prevent issues.Key Skills and Requirements5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably inCustomer Success or Account Management within the tech industry.Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managinghigh-performing teams.Strong understanding of project management principles andworkflows.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset utilizing data and metrics to drivedecision-making.Customer-centric mindset focusing on delivering exceptional customerexperiences.Proactive, results-oriented, adept at problem-solving in a fast-pacedenvironment.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customerengagement platforms preferred.Educational Qualifications and ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent experience.Experience in a tech startup preferred.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $125,000 – $150,000, commensuratewith experience, plus a 20% bonus.Health, vision, and dental care.Early equity in a fast-growing company.Hybrid work-from-home model.Unlimited PTO.Stipend for home office equipment.Monthly wellness and home wifi stipend.
