Are you a seasoned Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in email deliverability? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and driving measurable success? Join Warmy.io as a Senior Customer Success Manager and lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their goals and ensuring ongoing success with our email deliverability solutions.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new customers, providing expert guidance to ensure a smooth integration and immediate value from our products.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in email deliverability, offering clients best practices, strategies, and technical insights to improve their email campaigns.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Retention Strategies: Design and implement strategies to boost customer retention, minimize churn, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze customer performance data, identifying areas for improvement and driving results to help clients meet their objectives.
- Training & Support: Provide high-level support and training on email deliverability strategies, ensuring clients are fully equipped to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven track record of managing B2B clients in the email marketing or deliverability space.
- Email Expertise: Strong background in email marketing, deliverability, and related technologies is essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly related to email campaigns and deliverability challenges.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot, and familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms.
- Leadership: Ability to independently manage high-value accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
- Time Flexibility: Ability to work with clients in various time zones, particularly the US market.
