Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ success by providing expert guidance and support. This role requires a blend of customer success management experience, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to create and deliver impactful coaching offers and workshops. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Success Management:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
– Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic business or marketing guidance to help customers achieve their business goals.
– Monitor customer health metrics, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to prevent churn.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Flag concerns immediately and supply resolutions to the Head of Customer Success.
2. Landing Page Copywriting:
– Create compelling and conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, and other customer-facing materials.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimise copy and improve engagement and conversion rates.
– Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance copywriting effectiveness.
3. Coaching Offer Creation:
– Design and develop comprehensive coaching programs tailored to the needs of our customers.
– Create detailed coaching plans, including objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
– Develop supporting materials, such as guides, templates, and checklists, to enhance the coaching experience.
4. Workshops and Training:
– Plan, organize, and conduct workshops and training sessions for customers on various topics related to customer acquisition, lead generation and marketing.
– Develop engaging and interactive workshop content that addresses customer pain points and provides actionable insights.
– Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve workshop offerings.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, customer relations or customer service role
– Proven experience in landing page copywriting with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
– Strong background in designing and delivering coaching programs and workshops.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client-facing experience.
– Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
Desirable:
Experience in any of the below industries would be beneficial:
– Experience in the Online Education and E-Learning industry, with a deep understanding of course creation, student engagement, and digital marketing for educational products.
– Background in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments, emphasizing customer retention, product adoption, and churn prevention.
– Track record in Marketing and Advertising Industry
– Experience in Coaching and Consulting, with a strong focus on designing and delivering effective coaching programs and workshops.
– Familiarity with Technology Startups, showcasing adaptability, innovation, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
