THE ROLE
- Develop deep product expertise to become an internal expert, guiding merchants to maximise value from payment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, onboarding new customers and introducing existing clients to new modules.
- Highlight platform features that drive early value, ensuring clients achieve their goals efficiently.
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients to encourage advocacy and generate referrals.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities by identifying additional modules that meet current or future client needs.
- Minimise churn rates by driving product usage, ensuring renewals, and increasing client loyalty.
- Provide exceptional service to merchants, maintaining long-term relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
THE PERSON
- Confident communicator with strong training and presentation skills.
- Skilled at building connections and facilitating effective discussions to see the bigger picture and develop tailored solutions.
- Results-driven with a focus on leveraging data and processes to achieve goals.
- Experienced in using CRM systems effectively and efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service ethic and customer-centric mindset, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Adaptable and responsive to change, able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining uncompromising professional standards.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
