Job Title: Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to guide new clients through their journey with our platform. Our clients are agencies aiming to expand their service offerings, including some new to the industry. Your primary role will be to ensure their successful onboarding and first sales, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
   1. Client Onboarding:
      – Conduct live onboarding sessions to ensure clients understand and efficiently utilize the platform, particularly GoHighLevel.
      – Assist in the setup of GoHighLevel accounts tailored to client needs and address their technical or strategic questions.
      – Provide real-time support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
   2. Sales Enablement:
      – Guide clients through their first attempts to sell the platform by conducting mock and live sales calls.
      – Demonstrate and teach effective strategies to convert leads into clients.
      – Collaborate with clients to refine their approach to maximize sales success.
   3. Ongoing Support & Retention:
      – Proactively monitor client progress and engagement metrics to ensure high retention rates.
      – Support clients on the Skool platform by answering questions, scheduling follow-up meetings, and offering additional guidance.
      – Build strong relationships by maintaining consistent communication and addressing any challenges promptly.
Requirements:
  – Proven experience in customer success, onboarding, and activation, ideally with a focus on SaaS platforms.
  – Proficiency in GoHighLevel and its applications in sales and client management.
  – Strong track record in sales, including conducting successful sales calls and lead conversions.
  – Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  – Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, and other online collaboration tools.
