Team members are a natural extension of our customers’ operation; being onsite out of normal office hours to manage and respond to incidents; provide residents with a familiar point of contact; monitoring for signs and symptoms of intoxication, mental health and other indicators; ensuring rules are followed and monitor the security of premises.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of services in the student accommodation sector (PBSA, Residential Colleges and University owned), coordinating and managing operations for a customer portfolio. Your primary objective will be to maintain strong client relationships while ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services. This role will involve representing Constant at industry events and providing proposals and presentations to prospective customers. The confidence to deliver training to team members and interstate travel to service clients and meet with staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff recruitment, scheduling, resourcing, and equipment for each , ensuring highly skilled resources within budget to provide quality service.
- Monitor staff performance, fostering opportunities for personal and career development.
- Proactively manage and maintain client relationships, being the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure all client contracts and sites have approved and up-to-date operating procedures in place.
- Manage relevant reporting systems, including preparation of weekly workflow and progress reports.
- Provide proposals for services and presentations to customers
- Deliver training to team members
About You
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Customer Success or supervisory role.
- Experience in and understanding of the Tertiary Education and Student Accommodation sector.
- Willingness and ability to travel to service clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and quoting systems.
- Strong ability to multi-task, problem solve, and show initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Awareness of WHS legislation and manual handling procedures.
