Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic ally to our esteemed clientele, ensuring they derive maximum value and success from our platform. Your mission will be to nurture enduring relationships, elevate customer satisfaction, and uncover avenues for growth. Acting as a connector between customers and our internal teams – including Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing – you will guarantee smooth collaboration and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executive sponsors and technical leads.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning customer objectives with measurable results.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns while advocating for product enhancements.
  • Organize workshops to demonstrate the platform’s full value and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Program-manage customer engagements, offering insights through regular reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Understand customer use cases and recommend features to optimize their subscription.
  • Drive customer adoption through post-implementation support and continuous education.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and support Professional Services engagements.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of customer-facing expertise and technical proficiency. You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to customer success.

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in cloud/SaaS environments.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and executive-level engagement.
  • Experience in developing product use cases and providing best-practice guidance.
  • A proven record of managing intricate engagements with minimal supervision.
  • A customer-centric mindset coupled with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
