Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at our esteemed global technology company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients are effectively onboarded, integrated, and maintained. Your objective will be to empower customers to fully leverage our innovative solutions, driving their success and satisfaction. By consulting with clients to understand their unique needs, you will help them achieve their business objectives, acting as their primary advocate in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and initial implementation processes, managing expectations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Promote product adoption within customer organizations, enhancing satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams such as R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address challenges and elevate the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with customers across all levels, from end-users to executives, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion and support upsell initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain customer happiness.
  • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge to assist Sales and Revenue teams by presenting real-world examples of customer success stories.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant experience in a client-facing role, particularly within customer success or consulting, ideally ranging from 3 to 5 years.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable, particularly in customer success, onboarding, or implementation.
  • Background in the Food & Beverage or Supply Chain sectors would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to adapt and grow within a dynamic team setting.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person engagements, meetings, or events.

Qualifications

  • A B.S. or B.A. degree is preferred.
