We are a London-based window company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in South Africa, ensuring optimal time zone alignment with our UK office. This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions, including customer service, data entry, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by creating posts, responding to messages, and engaging with our online community.
- Conduct data entry for customer satisfaction forms and maintain accurate records upon completion of orders.
- Collaborate with the UK-based team via Microsoft Teams and other online tools to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and reporting.
- Respond courteously and professionally to customer queries, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
- Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on courteous and professional communication.
- Knowledge and experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
