Role Description

This is a REMOTE ROLE for a Portuguese Speaking/Reading/Writing Customer Support specialist at Interakt, a product by Jio Haptik. The role will involve providing customer support in Portuguese and English, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling technical support queries, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently. Customer support will be provided via Phone Calls, Email Ticketing and WhatsApp

Qualifications

Customer Support and Technical Support skills

Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction experience

Analytical Skills

Fluency in Portuguese and English

1+ years experience in a similar customer support role

Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs

Strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Job Timings

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM BRT

or 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
