Your Role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll provide exceptional technical support for Nano Dimension’s customers. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to troubleshoot issues, deliver on-site and remote support, and enhance user experience. This role involves a mix of technical expertise, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Service Nano Dimension printer systems across North America.
  • Provide technical support via on-site visits, remote troubleshooting, and hotline support.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Train customers on system operation and maintenance.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as inventory, trip planning, and service reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address unique cases and provide product feedback.

Contribution

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years in technical customer support.
  • At least 3 years in field service or related technical roles.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with test equipment, hand tools, and technical documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • US citizenship highly desired.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 50%-70% of the time.

  • Preferably based in the Midwest.
