Role: Customer Support Associate
Location: Gurugram
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional service and support to our customer base through emails, phone calls, and live chats. As the voice of T.A.C, you will be responsible for resolving queries, aiding in product selection, and transforming customers into brand evangelists. This role will involve working closely with other departments and utilizing our CRM and online sheets to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Input and manage customer data across various platforms.
- Achieve 100% query resolution within a defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience; background in a similar role is a plus.
(Freshers are also welcome)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English. Additional vernacular languages are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, high levels of empathy, and excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and online sheets.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
