Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our Jaipur branch. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is quick to take initiative, and is driven to exceed client expectations.
Core Responsibility:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries regarding account management, trading platforms, and brokerage services.
- Resolve client concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist clients in understanding various stock market products and services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively suggest solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock market trends and company offerings.
Desired Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance or related fields is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging client interactions with patience.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a knack for taking initiative.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of the Indian stock market is an added advantage.
