Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. In addition, the role includes providing executive support, such as calendar and inbox management. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Order Management: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and to gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails, prioritize messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, maintaining digital files.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or other related fields is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service representative, Customer support or Service roles, or administrative support.
  • Experience using tools like Grasshopper, Google Voice, Skype, Webx, RingCentral, etc.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job timings: 3 PM – 12 AM IST / 6 PM – 3 AM IST( Monday- Friday)
