    What’s the opportunity?


    As a Sales Admin Support at Nexacu, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery. You will be responsible for managing various tasks ranging from transactional email communications to customer support, administrative duties, and coordination of training activities.

    What will you do?

      Customer Service:

        o Send daily transactional emails, links, and reminders to students for upcoming courses.

        o Provide phone support to assist students with IT/tech issues and manage the student enquiry inbox, ensuring timely responses to client emails. Proactively follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
      Training Operations Coordination:

        o Confirm workplace bookings, gather necessary information for training sessions, and manage contract trainers.

        o Direct remote students to appropriate course locations and support trainers with client inquiries.

        o Oversee MOS Certification exams and ensure access to relevant Teams channels.
      Administrative Tasks:

        o Handle various administrative duties, including vendor/supplier forms, CRM data entry, and invoice management.

        o Maintain accuracy in marking remittances, purchase orders, and payment terms. Review and manage bookings, cancellations, and student attendance.

    What have you accomplished?

      Previous experience in customer service, operations coordination, or related fields.

      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

      Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

      Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

      Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

      Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

      Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
