Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist II, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, addressing their inquiries, assisting with orders, and resolving technical issues to ensure a top-tier customer experience. Your role is integral to nurturing relationships and delivering exceptional support to our community of bakers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele in a dynamic environment across multiple communication platforms.
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills to achieve first-contact resolutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer orders and account details using various software tools efficiently.
  • Facilitate customer registrations for both online and in-person baking classes.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
  • Represent our brand by educating customers about our heritage, products, values, and positive community impact.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or related fields.

Location:

This is a hybrid role, blending remote work with occasional onsite presence in White River Junction, VT, approximately three times per quarter. Ideal candidates should reside within a 2-3-hour commuting distance from our offices.
