As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for valued customers. You will assist with a variety of inquiries, including billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and general service inquiries, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, addressing a wide range of customer needs and challenges. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or other channels, addressing issues related to billing, product/services, technical support, and more.
- Assist customers with technical problems or service interruptions, guiding them through troubleshooting steps or escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Update customer accounts and document interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate service history and follow-up actions.
- Offer upsell and cross-sell opportunities when applicable, ensuring customers are informed of new services, features, and promotions.
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, tech support, billing) to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- One year of professional customer service experience.
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Comfort with using computers and a CRM system. Fast typing skills and the ability to simultaneously hear/receive information via the phone and type it into the system.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints or technical issues in a timely manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while prioritizing customer needs.
