The role: As a customer support specialist you will provide first class assistance to client customer base, regarding product utilisation, functionalities and tools, and facilitate overall end customer experience. You will investigate and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely matter, log defects and provide necessarily follow up to customers. CSS will be working in closed collaboration with a customer success team based in the States and will be a middle layer between the customer and internal product development team. The work will be done from 6p.m. till 3a.m. EEST time with occasional duties during the weekends on a rotational basis.
The Company: Our client is a small product startup company with a team of dedicated software engineers working with the goal of setting the foundations of an innovative product, used by clients in North America within the real estate field.
The Location: Fully remote. However, for the initial transfer of knowledge and onboarding process this person needs to spend some quality time working onsite in Sofia.

Тhe Candidate: At least 2 years of experience supporting clients through email and chat preferably within the BPO or product development field. Good time management skills and ability to work under certain SLAs. Exceptional level of English both written and spoken. Positive and attentive attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Experience working with CRM, real estate accounting or other payment systems would be an advantage.
