What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate resolution processes and maintain a customer-centric focus
• Support technical needs to improve customer adoption of technology tools
• Maintain and update knowledge databases and internal documentation for team training
• Capture and share customer feedback to enhance service performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience at a world-class level
• Help desk experience is a plus
• Strong technical proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt to changing environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of video embedding troubleshooting
• Experience creating internal documentation or training materials
