Your Role

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist at our fast-paced Customer Support Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in responding to customer inquiries and supporting our field engineers. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with the opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule after completing initial training.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries and service requests.

Facilitate communication between customers and field engineers, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Prepare accurate parts and labor quotes and maintain proper documentation.

Coordinate purchasing, shipping, and receiving activities for equipment and parts.

Review and maintain service records and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Process service contracts and related invoices efficiently.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Consistently achieve or exceed established metrics for service quality.

Uphold company guidelines and quality policies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in field service support or customer service.

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
