What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and video conference
• Resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, assays, and training
• Mentor peers and assist with routine troubleshooting
• Distinguish between hardware, reagent, and software issues to effectively address customer concerns
• Contribute to the professional development of team members and identify process improvement opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry
• Minimum of 3 years of lab or field experience
• Strong ability to articulate and provide direction clearly over the phone or via email

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous troubleshooting experience with electromechanical instrumentation
• Experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory
• Background in a customer service environment
