Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity application and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the project lifecycle, from resource scheduling to risk management and quality assurance. You will lead a team to ensure successful project delivery and smooth integration with business as usual (BAU) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of 20+ members across medium to largescale, complex cybersecurity projects.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules, and allocate necessary resources.
· Plan and coordinate project workstreams based on detailed project scope and deliverables.
· Ensure seamless transition of projects into operations for ongoing BAU management.
· Facilitate cross team communication and alignment, developing joint priorities with technology and business teams.
· Manage vendor relationships, overseeing project scope, schedule, and cost management.
· Ensure project success through effective planning, timely delivery of milestones, and alignment with customer expectations.
Requirements:
· Work Schedule: Standard office hours; remote work available. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, if applicable.
· Experience:
· Minimum 58 years of experience managing cybersecurity, system integration, and infrastructure projects.
· Proven track record of delivering cybersecurity projects, including system engineering and security assessments within manufacturing environments.
· Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST 2.0) and best practices.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mediation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
· Strong project planning, coordination, and risk management abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
· Good analytical, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Info Communication preferred).
· Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent required.
· Additional cybersecurity certifications like CISSP or CISM is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $6,000.00 – $7,000.00 per month
Experience:
- managing cybersecurity projects: 5 years (Preferred)
- system integration and infrastructure projects: 5 years (Preferred)
- cybersecurity projects in manufacturing environments: 5 years (Preferred)
- IEC 62443 and NIST 2.0 standards: 5 years (Preferred)
- managing project scope, schedule, and cost with vendors: 5 years (Preferred)
- system and architecture diagrams: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications (Preferred)
- CISSP or CISM certifications (Preferred)
