Axon Technologies is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in advanced consulting, managed services, incident response, and security testing. With a strong presence across the Middle East and a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions to critical industries, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Position Details:
• Salary: SAR 25,000 – 30,000
• Commission & Benefits: Highly competitive commission structure with additional benefits
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving Axon’s growth in the KSA market. You will represent our brand, engage with clients, and deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions tailored to their needs. With the rapid expansion of the cybersecurity industry in KSA, this is your chance to contribute to securing the nation’s most critical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and nurture prospects to convert them into high-value clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional account management and customer loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct cross-selling activities across different accounts and drive the resale process for existing leads from inbound marketing campaigns.
- Attend meetings, events, and trade shows to represent Axon Technologies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records through diligent data verification and timely updates.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in selling cybersecurity or IT security solutions. Experience selling technology/cybersecurity training is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales funnels and expertise in enterprise sales processes.
- Extensive network within the Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Defence and Government sectors in KSA.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level client accounts.
- Skilled in selling directly to C-level executives.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
