D Designer (Remote)

Job description / Role

Join a leading events agency in Riyadh, where creativity meets innovation! They specialize in creating immersive and impactful event experiences, blending cutting-edge design with world-class production. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented 2D Designer to join their creative team and bring their clients’ visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative 2D designs for various event elements such as stage backdrops, banners, posters, event branding, invitations, signage, and digital presentations.
– Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with event managers, 3D designers, and production teams to ensure designs align with the overall event concept and client expectations.
– Brand Guidelines: Adapt and apply corporate branding to event visuals while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s identity.
– Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand briefs and present your design ideas, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the design process.
– Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in design and events to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
– Print and Production: Prepare designs for print, ensuring files are production-ready, and liaise with printers and production teams to ensure a high-quality end result.

– Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a 2D designer, preferably within the events or advertising industry.
– Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
– Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce engaging designs that resonate with a diverse audience.
– Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
– Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
– Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s culture, audience preferences, and the local events scene is a plus.

Salary:

AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
