D Retail Support Developer (Remote)

Job description / Role

D365 Retail Support Consultant: provides technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the retail sector. Their responsibilities include resolving system issues, assisting with retail operations (POS, inventory, pricing), and offering system optimization guidance. They collaborate with technical teams, train users, create documentation, and monitor system performance. Key qualifications include experience with D365 for Retail, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ideally a D365 certification. Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak retail periods. Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and related reporting tools is a plus. Familiarity with other D365 modules like Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.

D365 Developer: designs, customizes, and implements solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include developing customizations, integrating D365 with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. They collaborate with functional teams, maintain system upgrades, and create technical documentation. Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience with D365 development (X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript), knowledge of PowerApps and APIs, and strong problem-solving skills. A D365 Developer certification is preferred. Flexibility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines is important.
