BrandLoom is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients, leveraging data-driven insights to support marketing strategies and business growth. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, optimizing performance metrics, and creating actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use Google Analytics to monitor website and campaign performance, providing in-depth reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and align data insights with strategic objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to refine marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 experience preferred) and Looker Studio for data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with additional tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with marketing teams and understanding digital marketing metrics is preferred.
