Within Google Middle East and North Africa (MENA) mission is to become the most trusted ally for advertisers and partners. The Data, Audience and Measurement team plays a pivotal role. As a Measurement Lead, you will assist advertisers and partners in establishing a solid measurement foundation to enhance media performance and address business issues. Furthermore, you will guide advertisers in effectively scaling the utilization of Google’s measurement solutions, enabling them to extract greater value from their media investments.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to consult with customers, understand their marketing objectives and help them achieve success in an increasingly complex online advertising landscape. You will collaborate closely with vertical sales teams and Google product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of businesses across various industries and drive business growth.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

– Conduct consumer research for functions leveraging vendors (e.g., survey design, hypothesis testing) or third-party research/tools, guiding budget, approval, and legal process to execute research, and generate insights from consumer research.
– Generate insights and consult clients/partners on the function, create presentations to share knowledge of the industry, market landscapes, audiences, and trends.
– Analyze and build an understanding of client/partner business and stakeholders, help clients/partners understand how Google products can improve performance and efficiency.
– Create forward-thinking and data-driven stories, narratives, and pitches to support client/partner business (e.g., marketing events) or help clients/partners understand and reach their consumers using industry, marketing or third-party research.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
– 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
– 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
– 3 years of experience in consumer and market insights, marketing analytics, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
– Experience in Google Ads.
– Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
– 3 years of experience working cross-functionally.
– Advanced Knowledge of Google’s Measurement Solutions, Google Ads and Google Marketing Platforms, including Google Analytics.
– Understanding of media measurement methodologies and frameworks (e.g., attribution, pLTV, experiments).
– Understanding of statistics and its application to marketing experiments.
– Ability to influence strategy using third-party insights.
– Excellent communication, project management, investigative, and organizational skills.
