Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Data Integration and Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to process and transform large volumes of data. Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Implement on-site connectivities in collaboration with our customers’ automation people.
- Data Warehouse Management: Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data analytics and reporting.
- Data Quality: Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize data processing and storage for performance and scalability.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, processes, and infrastructure.
Who is the professional we are looking for?
This role requires technical expertise, attention to details and critical thinking. The person should be committed to the team’s success and the successful completion of data engineering projects.
To Succeed In This Role, You Have
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar role, preferably in cloud environment
- Proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, SQL and Python. Apache Airflow knowledge considered as a plus.
- Knowledge of automation systems is a plus
- Supportive nature and ability to provide guidance and support to team members.
- Open and forward-looking mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
