Responsibilities:

• A key player in the company to enable data-driven decisions
• Participate in meetings with clients and present key insights
• Define KPIs and measure the impact of product, customer success, and go-to-market efforts on business metrics
• Evaluate products and provide recommendations on product launch, product performance, product cost and trends.
• Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals related to product growth
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data
• Create and communicate key insights, influence key decisions and offer recommendations to marketing and company leadership
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity and deliver better value to the organization

What you will need:

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• 3+ years experience in analytical work, preferably for a web or mobile company, Online advertising industry
• Excellent SQL skills with expertise in querying large, complex data sets
• Experience working with Google Sheets
• Passionate about data with strong analytical & technical skills
• Methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion
• Ability to think critically when leading projects and take an initiative approach –a must
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work autonomously
• Flexibility to work remotely on EST time
