    About the role
    In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the team that delivers high-quality, reliable data products and services, ensuring that VLA staff have access to the information they need to support clients and make informed decisions.

    You will ensure the smooth flow of work through the team, balancing priorities with customer expectations, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and data standards. This includes overseeing the data engineering processes that enable the collection, integration, and management of VLA’s reporting data. You will also oversee the creation of insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide VLA staff with critical information.

    Your role will involve supporting the team in building both their technical skills and their understanding of VLA’s work, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will be dedicated to creating the conditions for your team to excel, continuously improving processes, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

    This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
