We are seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead implementation processes and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, excellent execution capabilities, and the ability to drive projects to success while fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end client onboarding process, supporting the smooth transition between Sales and Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication during onboarding, ensuring seamless information flow between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, and regularly provide updates to internal teams and leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on project commitments, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agreed timelines
- Identify and communicate any potential challenges or delays to clients
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure prompt resolution
- Provide project management expertise across the business as needed
Daily Schedule
- Review project management tools and documentation, including Jira boards and customer-specific Slack channels
- Collaborate with the technical implementation manager to align priorities and ensure projects stay on track
- Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Update internal stakeholders on project statuses and key developments
Requirements
About You
- Experience: 5+ years as an implementation manager or project manager
- Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in the travel industry (TMC or travel tech startup required)
- Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams) simultaneously
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead implementations and drive projects to completion
- Proficiency in using tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira
- Strong ability to prioritize conflicting requirements effectively
- Experience creating processes or implementing organizational change
- Personal Traits:
- Ownership and execution-focused mindset
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with strong analytical thinking
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Growth-oriented with a desire to learn, improve, and innovate
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new ideas
Bonus Qualifications
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
