Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the IT industry, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and according to the defined plan.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, proactively managing them to minimize impact on delivery.
• Change Management: Handle scope changes, ensuring that adjustments are communicated and documented, and that timelines and budgets are updated accordingly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the approved limits, and report any deviations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and progress reports.
• Post-Delivery Support: Coordinate post-implementation support and ensure a smooth transition of the project to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery management.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Experience with risk management, change management, and budget control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
