Job Overview
In this critical position, you will be instrumental in advancing our marketing initiatives aimed at demand generation, growth strategies, sales enablement, brand recognition, and pipeline enhancement. A strong foundation in digital marketing and marketing automation is essential, encompassing lead generation, nurturing, and scoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to stimulate year-over-year growth in qualified leads and pipeline through strategic initiatives, including email campaigns and web forms.
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, sharing insights with sales and customer teams to refine future strategies.
- Develop robust reporting tools for the marketing team that deliver data-driven insights into pipeline performance and content effectiveness.
- Optimize lead workflows to align with changing business requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including email creation, landing pages, and nurture streams.
- Ensure effective lead nurturing by delivering relevant content to the appropriate audience at the optimal time.
- Manage and enhance lead scoring systems to align with the buying cycle and segmentation strategies.
- Continuously refine email and lead nurturing strategies through A/B testing.
- Coordinate marketing operations with business development representatives to ensure lead quality and lifecycle management.
- Build detailed target personas and segmentation models to inform marketing strategies.
- Establish processes for measuring and improving database health, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Monitor database metrics to maintain clean and actionable data for marketing endeavors.
- Integrate new marketing tools to enhance team efficiency and lead quality.
- Streamline marketing workflows through effective processes, including naming conventions and QA protocols.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects across marketing, sales, and IT teams, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) and email marketing tools.
- Experience executing targeted email campaigns, social media strategies, and nurture programs.
- In-depth knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) best practices.
- Expertise in database management and audience segmentation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Familiarity with front-end development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy or a comparable role.
