Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and generate quality leads.
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment through targeted approaches and compelling ad content.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager for accurate analytics tracking.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Build models for full-funnel forecasting, predicting lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion rates.
- Administer HubSpot for workflow management, lead scoring, email automation, and database maintenance.
- Design and refine email marketing campaigns, templates, and nurture sequences to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategic goals and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing across various marketing channels to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage the demand generation budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in inbound marketing and digital marketing to keep strategies relevant.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, appropriate for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in metrics and tools such as HubSpot.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional project management capabilities.
- A strategic thinker who approaches challenges creatively and proactively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is required.
- Experience in the legal or SaaS sectors is advantageous; agency experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are desirable.
