Key Responsibilities
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Crafting and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Designing and optimizing engaging marketing campaigns that enhance customer interaction, retention, and overall growth.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver significant and measurable results.
- Ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns comply with established governance standards and legal requirements.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics to foster continuous improvement and investment optimization.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in email and campaign marketing methodologies.
- Experience in business or credit line marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing management, focusing on multi-channel strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems strategically and communicate effectively, both in written and verbal formats.

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay Range: (38/hr. – )46.24/hr., with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, location, and responsibilities.
