Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative demand generation strategies across diverse channels, including email, content marketing, social media, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid digital advertising.
- Oversee the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from campaign initiation and execution to nurturing prospects and transitioning them to the sales team.
- Collaborate effectively with product marketing and sales teams to synchronize campaign goals, target audience segmentation, messaging, and lead qualification.
- Enhance lead nurturing processes utilizing marketing automation software such as Marketo and HubSpot, while analyzing campaign performance and user engagement through Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal budget allocation, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing to consistently improve campaigns, increasing engagement and lead conversion rates.
- Partner with content creators to produce engaging collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and blogs that educate and attract potential clients.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing, healthcare trends, and advertising strategies to continually innovate our demand generation efforts.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the health tech or SaaS industries.
- Proven ability to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that yield measurable results and enhance pipeline growth.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems, in addition to experience with Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Strong background in digital advertising, encompassing paid search, social media, and display advertising focused on lead generation.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple initiatives and adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
- Experience in managing budget allocations and prioritizing numerous projects concurrently.
