Demo Automation Suser (Remote)

• Support identification of new tools for demo automation, including testing and piloting.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to resource for resolving issues and troubleshooting demo automation tools for users.
• Train users on automation tools: Conduct training sessions and create resources to ensure users are proficient in using demo automation tools effectively.
• Optimize tool usage: Continuously monitor tool usage and suggest newly available features or optimizations to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather feedback for tool enhancements: Collect and relay user feedback to improve functionality, making recommendations for tool upgrades or modifications.

Thorough knowledge of and experience with EMEA Center of Excellence (CoE) services and operations, enabling active contributions to defining new services and automation of operations aligned to the future direction of the CoE.

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related fields.

Experience: 3+ years of experience working with automation tools, preferably in demo or presales environments.

Skills: Technical proficiency with demo automation tools, strong troubleshooting and user training capabilities, ability to suggest tool optimizations.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to train and support teams, strong communication skills.
