Job Description:
As a Designer focused on Product, Branding, and Sales at our early-stage startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, product offerings, and marketing materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your creative vision and strategic mindset to craft compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including digital and print materials.
Brand Book: Create and maintain a comprehensive brand book outlining brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging strategies.
Video and Digital Campaigns Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging video and digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.
Community Management: Manage and grow our online communities across various platforms including Discord, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Podcasts. Foster meaningful interactions, respond to inquiries, and cultivate brand advocacy.
Marketing Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
UX/UI Designs: Collaborate closely with the product owner to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences through UX/UI design enhancements.
Website Design: Lead the design and optimization of our website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and provides an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a designer with a focus on product, branding, and sales in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in branding and marketing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
Experience with Visual website builders like Webflow/Framer is a must.
Bilingual: French and English
