Job Summary

1Qlabs is seeking a driven Full Stack Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform generative AI concepts into practical and impactful applications. You will directly contribute to core innovations, enterprise solutions, and build unique AI team members within our product suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven applications using Flutter, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, organisation, and automation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to develop and launch new features.
• Uphold rigorous security and data protection measures.
• Optimise applications for scalability and performance.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Firebase, and Azure.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and architecture.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of the overall system architecture.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end (Flutter, ReactJS) and back-end (NodeJS, Python) technologies.
• Strong understanding of generative AI principles and applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI strategies, including reasoning, retrieval, memory management, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with large language models, their architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience incorporating automated testing into the development workflow.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development.
• Excellent English communication, self-motivation, and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud, Firebase, Azure).
• Hands on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience using Docker and Docker Compose for containerisation and orchestration.
• Experience with RESTful and gRPC APIs and Protobuf.

Skills

• Essential: Robust coding, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Preferred: AI/ML technology experience, excellent communication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI strategies, including reasoning, retrieval, memory management, and orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
