We are excited to announce that Talent Butler is partnering with a financially stable private developer with significant land holdings to source a Development Manager.
  
The Company:

Currently, they are delivering five large-scale master-planned developments across NSW.
  
Role Overview:
As a Property Development Manager, you will support the General Manager of development in delivering this group’s ambitious projects and securing new acquisitions. You will also be assisting the Senior Development Managers from time to time to ensure cohesive project vision and execution.
  
In this role, you will be involved in acquisitions, feasibility (Estate Master modelling), planning, design, contract negotiation/award, delivery, and sales & marketing of large-scale residential land. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented, professional with strong communication skills who is committed to upholding the high standards set by the founder.
  
Qualifications/Experience:

• Tertiary qualification(s) in property development and/or related discipline, including architecture, engineering, town planning, construction, or property economics.
• Experience working with large-scale residential land developers delivering mixed-use master-planned communities from initiation to completion.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and financial acumen.
• Passion for the property development industry and a drive to contribute to this groups legacy.
